cafes and nightlife. The studios and apartments have breathtaking views of the bay of Parikia and the ferries entering the port.

For lower budget accommodation there are studios in the blooming garden without sea view.
The building is surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers and there is also a breakfast cafe and snack bar on the ground floor.
We also provide motorbike and bicycle rentals on site. Also, free transfers to and from the port.
